Yes we do! The free plan comes with 100 Twitter DMs, 100 emails and 50 SMS texts per month. You can also have 5 active excel file uploads and 10 spam detections requests. We currently do not support templates with a free plan.
Payments are processed through Paddle. We do not directly store or handle credit card information.
To store the user-uploaded files, we use a secure storage provider. The user can choose to have the file automatically deleted after the job is completed or to delete it manually.
Every calendar month, on the 1st, the limitations are reset. If you reach the service's limit, we recommend that you either upgrade or try again later. The date of the reset can be found in your profile.
Yes. For compliance reasons, we require you to signup for an account with Twilio and add it to Sheet Mind to be able to send SMS texts.
Absolutely. You can always upgrade/downgrade your plan if needed.
You can always cancel your subscription but we do not currently offer partial or full refunds.
